Olaitan Ogungbile is a fast-rising actress, model, and filmmaker. Olaitan has been in the Nigeria Nollywood entertainment industry over some decades now.
Ogungbile popularly called Olaitan Sugar by fans and colleagues in the industry. She was born on the 7th of May in Osun state, South Western Part of Nigeria, precisely in Ife Odan, Ejigbo Local.
Olaitan attended Seventh Day Adventist School and proceeded to Moremi High School for her secondary school education and as well as obtaining both her first school leaving certificate of education and Secondary school Certificate of Education (SSCE) respectively. Having completed both her primary and secondary school education she then applied and got admission in her native state at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where she studied Botany.
In 2008, Olaitan dabbled into acting fully under the mentorship and guidance of Muyiwa Ademola Authentic school of drama. Olaitan Ogungbile began her acting career with minor roles before she was promoted to supporting roles
Ever since then, the beautiful actress had been starreed in several Yoruba movies such as Aye, Ati juwi by Snayeri, Eyinju Eledumare by Bayo Tijani, Laye Lorun by Muyiwa Ademola, Irawe and many more. She took things yet a little bit further by producing her own movies, she has worked on Aremo Ite and Fimi Dara Ire.
Directors and other stakeholders in the industry like to work with her because of her smartness, intelligence, and her swiftness to interpret her roles in the shortest possible time. She’s regarded as one of the best actor after sought and one the most favorite and gifted Yoruba actress in Nigeria.
